Terms for using PrintableLab and buying printable PDFs: personal-use license, delivery, refunds and intellectual property.
Website use
PrintableLab provides information about digital printable products and collections. You may browse the site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or copy substantial portions of the catalog for redistribution.
Digital products
Product pages describe the file type, page count, printable size and included content. Digital products are delivered electronically right after payment; no physical item is shipped. Payments are processed by Stripe.
License
Your purchase gives you a personal-use license: you may print the pages as often as you like for yourself or your household, but you may not resell, share or redistribute the files.
Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final. If a file is damaged, incomplete, will not download or does not match its description, email hans@printablelab.net within 14 days of purchase and it will be fixed, replaced or refunded.
Product previews and descriptions
Preview images are provided to help explain the design and content of a printable. Screen colors and printer output can vary by device, monitor, paper and printer settings.
Intellectual property
PrintableLab site content, product artwork, previews, text and branding may not be copied, resold, redistributed or represented as another seller’s work except where a product license expressly permits a specific use.
Changes and availability
Products, prices, features and site content may be updated or withdrawn. These terms may be updated from time to time; the version on this page applies to new purchases.
