How PrintableLab handles your information: Stripe payments, order details, Custom Studio and cookies.
Information you provide
If you contact PrintableLab by email, the information you include in that message may be used to respond to your request and maintain normal business records.
Website and technical data
Web hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps as part of operating and protecting the site.
Payments and orders
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by PrintableLab. Stripe shares the order details we need to deliver your download, such as the product, amount and the email address you enter at checkout. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment.
Custom Studio
If you use Custom Studio, your OpenAI API key stays in your own browser and is sent only to OpenAI to create your design. The design you buy is stored so your download link keeps working.
Cookies and analytics
PrintableLab does not use advertising cookies. If analytics or email-marketing tools are added, this policy will be updated to describe them and the choices available to you.
