How PrintableLab printables are delivered: instant PDF download after Stripe checkout, re-download links, printing tips and refunds.
Digital delivery
PrintableLab products are designed for electronic delivery as downloadable files. No physical item is shipped unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
File access
After payment through Stripe you are taken straight to your download page. It includes a private link you can save to download the file again later on any device. Please also keep a copy of the PDF somewhere safe.
Printing
Product pages identify the intended page size. Print output can vary by printer, paper and settings, so printing one test page before a full document is recommended.
Download problems
If a purchased file is incomplete, corrupted or cannot be accessed through the provided delivery method, contact hans@printablelab.net with the order details so the issue can be reviewed.
Refund information
Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final. If a file is damaged, incomplete, will not download or does not match its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase and it will be fixed, replaced or refunded. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
